You may request a return within 30 days of receiving your item. Please contact us before sending anything back.
How to Request a Return
Email [email protected] with your order number and reason for return. Obtain authorization and return instructions before shipping. The authorized return address is Urbanystic, 11 Rue Estienne D’Orves, 59146 Pecquencourt, France.
Change-of-Mind Returns
Items must be unworn, unused, unwashed, in their original condition and original packaging, with any supplied tags intact. For a change-of-mind return, the customer pays return postage to France. There is no restocking fee.
Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
Contact us with your order reference and a description of the issue; photos can help us assess it. Urbanystic covers return shipping when the issue results from our error, damage, or a product defect. The ordinary unused-condition and original-packaging requirements do not prevent a claim for a damaged, defective, or incorrect item. We will provide appropriate return and resolution instructions.
Refunds
Once your refund is approved, the funds will be returned automatically to the original payment account within 10 calendar days. No restocking fee is charged.
