Products and Prices
Prices are shown in USD. Product pages describe materials, colors, measurements, and care. Screen settings may affect how colors appear. Please check the size chart for the selected design. Shipping and tax amounts are shown at checkout before a payment is submitted.
Payment Authorization
When you submit a payment through an available payment service, you authorize the stated transaction amount using a payment method you are entitled to use. A payment attempt does not by itself establish successful payment or acceptance of an order.
Order Acceptance
An order is accepted when Urbanystic confirms its acceptance. An acknowledgement of a request or a payment attempt alone is not an acceptance confirmation. Contact us if you need clarification about the status of a purchase.
Shipping and Fulfillment
Supported destinations, free standard shipping, cutoff rules, handling, and estimated transit times are set out in our Shipping Policy. Delivery estimates are not guarantees.
Returns and Refunds
Our Return & Refund Policy explains the 30-day return request period, item conditions, responsibility for return shipping, and refunds to the original payment account. It includes separate treatment for damaged, defective, or incorrect items. These terms do not limit rights that apply under applicable law.

Use the website lawfully and provide accurate information needed for requested services. Please do not submit payment card information through email or our contact form. Personal information is addressed in our Privacy Policy.
